How Pre-Orders Work What are Pre-Orders?
Pre-Orders are when I open the store for a few weeks about 2-3 depending on demand, then after that I close the store and it will not be opened until all orders have been shipped out. Then, I would contact the printing company and order what needs to be printed, this process will approximately take 1-2 weeks.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order about 3-4 weeks or more depending on how long the printing company takes for them to print the clothes and I receive them. Then I have to sort and fold them according size and checking for defects the process will be much quicker and I will be able to ship them to you as quickly as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
Through the bigcartel website by using PayPal or Debit/Credit Card
I got the wrong size/put the wrong address?
